Yes, absolutely. PNW Matchmaking serves clients of all genders and orientations. The science of compatibility, communication, and connection applies to everyone — and every client deserves the same level of personalized attention and care.
It begins with a free consultation call — a real, unhurried conversation where we learn about you, your history, your goals, and what hasn’t worked in the past. If it’s a mutual fit, we move into an in-depth intake process that includes a personal interview, compatibility and personality assessment, and the creation of your private client profile.
From there, Noelia begins the active search — identifying, vetting, and approaching potential matches within our network. When a strong match is identified, we make the introduction. We prepare you before the date, debrief with you afterward, and use your feedback to refine the search. This continues until you find the right person.
We offer 3 and 6 month contract options. Most clients receive between 1 and 5 curated introductions depending on their contract length and the specifics of their criteria. The timeline between introductions varies — we prioritize quality over speed, so we won’t rush an introduction just to fill a quota.
Many clients find a genuinely compatible match within their contract period. Some take longer. We’ll always be honest with you about what’s realistic based on your specific situation.
Our matches come from our existing client network, our extended professional network across five states, and through active outreach to individuals we identify as strong potential fits for specific clients. Every potential match is personally vetted by Noelia before an introduction is made.
We do not pull from a public database or a pool of people who signed up for a generic service. Every match is identified and approached with your specific profile in mind.
After every date we’ll connect with you for a debrief. We want to know what you thought, how you felt, what worked, and what didn’t — honestly. That feedback directly shapes the next introduction. We also gather feedback from your match, which can give you useful perspective on how the date landed from their side.
This feedback loop is one of the most valuable parts of the process. Over time it helps us get increasingly precise about what’s actually right for you — not just what you think you want on paper.

Completely. Confidentiality is not a feature of our service — it is the foundation of it. Your personal information, the details of your profile, the identities of your matches, and the nature of our work together are never shared, discussed publicly, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit permission.
We do not post client stories, photos, or testimonials without direct consent. We do not reference client names in any form of marketing. What happens in our process stays between you and Noelia.
Yes — we are transparent with all parties that an introduction is being made through PNW Matchmaking. Both people know they’ve been matched intentionally. In our experience this actually creates a better first date, because both people arrive knowing the other is serious about finding a real relationship.
Yes. All personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We retain client information only as long as necessary and will remove it from our records upon written request. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Date coaching is personalized, one-on-one coaching focused on building the confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness that make dating more effective — and more enjoyable. Sessions are science-based, practical, and completely tailored to your situation.
You might benefit from date coaching if you feel held back by confidence or nerves, if you keep ending up in the same kinds of situations, if communication on dates feels forced or awkward, if you’re not sure what you want, or if you’re coming back to dating after a long break and need to rebuild your footing.
Date coaching is available as a standalone service or bundled with matchmaking. Many clients do both and find they complement each other significantly.
A mock dating session is a simulated date — conducted with Noelia in a low-pressure, completely confidential environment — where you can practice being yourself, asking questions, handling awkward moments, and showing genuine interest without the stakes of a real first date.
It sounds unusual but it works. Most clients find it immediately useful — especially those who haven’t dated in a while or who get noticeably more nervous in person than in coaching sessions.
No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We’re not processing your past in depth — we’re using what we learn about your patterns to build practical tools and skills that improve your dating life going forward. Therapy looks back; coaching moves forward.

You’ll receive clear, specific feedback on what’s working and what isn’t. Then Noelia personally rewrites your bio from scratch — not a template, not suggestions for you to act on, but a finished, polished piece of writing in your voice that’s designed to attract the right people and make a genuine first impression.
This service starts at $299 and includes one round of revisions after delivery.
We work with all major dating apps including Hinge, Bumble, Match, Tinder, OkCupid, and others. Each app has its own culture, norms, and best practices — we tailor our recommendations to the specific platforms you’re using, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
That’s fine. We can help you choose the right apps for your goals and demographic, set up your profile from scratch, and make sure your first impression is strong before you start actively using them. Many clients start here before moving into matchmaking or date coaching.
We take full management of your dating app accounts — swiping, messaging, filtering, and setting up dates — on your behalf. You hand us access to your accounts and we handle everything. All you do is show up to the dates we arrange.
Every conversation we have on your behalf is authentic and personal — we’re representing you thoughtfully, not sending generic copy-paste messages. We update you regularly on activity, matches, and upcoming dates.
This is a question we take seriously. Our approach is always transparent — we do not misrepresent who you are, fabricate information, or create a false impression of your personality or intentions. We represent you accurately and authentically. Think of it the way you might think of a PR professional or executive assistant — someone managing communications professionally on your behalf, with your best interests and honest representation as the priority.
We handle this with discretion. When a date is arranged, the conversation naturally moves toward meeting in person — at which point you take over directly. We recommend being open about your use of a matchmaking or dating management service if asked directly on a date, as authenticity is always the foundation of a strong start.
